In the event that a shipment received is not as described or is missing items, please contact Drainage Connect. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In the event the wrong physical address is listed, Drainage Connect will contact the buyer to work on a solution for delivery.
In the event that a shipment is received as described, but a return is necessary for reasons outside the control of Drainage Connect, Drainage Connect reserves the right to charge a restocking fee upon return of the undamaged goods.
