The ACO KlassikDrain KS100 is the stainless-rail member of ACO's 4" KlassikDrain trench drain line: one-meter modular channel sections cast from high-strength polyester polymer concrete with a Grade 304 stainless steel edge rail integrally cast into each section — typically specified where increased aesthetics or corrosion resistance is required, and the only difference versus the galvanized K100. Each sloped section carries a 0.5% built-in fall — about 1/17" per linear foot — so installing the numbered sections (KS1-1 through KS1-40) in sequence produces up to 131'-3" (40 m) of continuously falling trench without stepping or regrading the sub-base. The channel body shares its dimensions and accessories with the K100: a 4" (100 mm) internal clear width, 5.12" (130 mm) overall width, and the same shared K100/KS100 grate range secured with QuickLok boltless locking. Fitted with the appropriate grate, the system handles loads up to EN 1433 Load Class E — service that spans industrial areas, gas stations, and light commercial forklift traffic.

The KS1-12 (ACO part number 74412) is the twelfth section in the KS100 sloped run. Its invert runs from 6.10" (155 mm) at the inlet (female) end to 6.30" (160 mm) at the outlet (male) end, giving an overall body depth of 6.89"–7.09" (175–180 mm), and the section weighs 36.9 lbs. Install it downstream of KS1-11 and follow with KS1-13 in numbered sequence — the channel numbers and flow-direction arrows cast into each unit keep the layout simple on site. Note that this section has no bottom knockout: knockouts are provided on every fifth channel in the run.
