End caps finish and configure the ends of an ACO KlassikDrain K100 or KS100 trench drain run. The KlassikDrain K100/KS100 line is a modular polymer concrete trench drain with a 4" (100 mm) internal clear width, manufactured to EN 1433 standards for commercial and industrial stormwater applications. Inlet end caps let a pipe feed water into the head of the trench, outlet end caps discharge the collected flow into Schedule 40 pipework, and the universal cap serves as a closing, inlet, or outlet cap; each cap is matched to the invert depth of the terminal channel section.

The range covers both edge-rail finishes: the 6" oval inlet and outlet caps are cast in polymer concrete with a matching galvanized (K100) or Grade 304 stainless steel (KS100) edge rail detail, with separate part numbers per rail, while the lightweight plastic universal cap shares one part number across both systems and can be cut down for shallower channels.

The KS1-408-6 (ACO part number 96847) is the 6" oval outlet cap for KS100 stainless steel edge rail channel runs at the 11.81" (300 mm) invert band - the #40 depth, matching sloped channel KS1-40 and neutral channels KS1-040 and KS1-0403. Installed at the end of the run, its plain end discharges the collected flow into a 6" Schedule 40 pipe, with a rated outlet flow of 264 GPM (0.59 CFS) - the highest end-outlet capacity in the range. Because these caps carry an edge rail detail, the galvanized and Grade 304 stainless steel versions have separate part numbers; this is the stainless steel (KS100) cap.
