The ACO KlassikDrain K100 sloped channel series (K1-1 through K1-40) forms the backbone of the K100 trench drain system: one-meter modular channel sections cast from high-strength polyester polymer concrete with an integrally cast-in galvanized steel edge rail. Each section carries a 0.5% built-in slope, so installing the numbered sections in sequence produces up to 131'-3" (40 m) of continuously falling trench — 1/17" of fall per linear foot — without stepping or regrading the sub-base. The compact 4" (100 mm) internal clear width, partial-radius trench bottom, and male-to-female interconnecting end profile deliver efficient hydraulics and fast, accurate installation across commercial and industrial drainage projects, from industrial areas and gas stations to zones with light commercial forklift traffic.
