Every ACO KlassikDrain trench run needs a place to collect, filter, and discharge the stormwater it captures, and the K100/KS100 catch basin range is engineered for exactly that job. Each basin combines a polymer concrete top section — frost-proof, salt-proof, and resistant to dilute acids and alkalis, with a steel frame cast in at the factory — with a matching base and a removable polypropylene trash bucket that traps sediment and debris before they reach the outlet pipe. The bucket lifts out for routine cleaning, and the included blanking end kit closes off the unused end of the basin. Rated to EN 1433 Load Class E, these basins are built for the same demanding environments as the channel line — industrial areas, gas stations, and light commercial forklift traffic — and integrate directly into new or existing K100/KS100 runs.

The K1-901G (ACO part number 94608) is the in-line basin for K100 galvanized steel edge rail runs, supplied with a lightweight LLDPE plastic base. At 19.69" (500 mm) long it is the same width as the trench run and visually indistinguishable from it, and it accepts the same 0.5 m K100/KS100 grates as the channels themselves — QuickLok grates secure with the removable Series 900 QuickLok locking bar (part 98717). The polymer concrete top carries a cast-in galvanized steel frame, and the base holds 12.3 gallons to the grate seat (measured without the trash bucket) with Schedule 40 cut-outs for 4", 6", and 8" outlet pipe. Built-in guides aid connection of male channel ends at the #10, #20, #30, and #40 depths, while other channels connect by removing the basin wall to the required height.
