Standard modular parts cover most ACO KlassikDrain K100/KS100 trench runs — but not all of them. For layouts that call for a shortened section, a change of direction, a mitered 90° corner, a tee intersection, or an outlet where no factory knockout exists, ACO offers a made-to-order fabrication service for its polymer concrete channel systems. Each product here is that shop work itself: a fabrication ordered together with the channel sections it is performed on — cut, bonded, core-drilled, or remodeled at the factory to match your project drawings.

On most fabrications, the male-to-female connection details are remodeled so the finished piece drops into a standard channel run; depending on the service, parts ship assembled or as un-assembled sections for alignment on site. Because every fabrication is configured to a specific layout, these services are quoted per project — send us your drawings and our team will handle the rest.

This listing covers ACO's standard core drill service: a bottom or side outlet core-drilled into the polymer concrete channel sections in your order, sized for standard 4" or 6" Schedule 40 (Sch. 40) pipe. Factory bottom knockouts (4" round / 6" oval) are cast into every 5th channel only, so most positions in a trench run have no ready-made outlet — the core drill adds one exactly where your layout needs it, in the channel bottom or through the side wall. For non-standard outlet diameters up to 10", ACO offers a separate non-standard core drill fabrication (part 92688).
