The ACO KlassikDrain K100 sloped channel series (K1-1 through K1-40) forms the backbone of the K100 trench drain system: one-meter modular channel sections cast from high-strength polyester polymer concrete with an integrally cast-in galvanized steel edge rail. Each section carries a 0.5% built-in slope, so installing the numbered sections in sequence produces up to 131'-3" (40 m) of continuously falling trench — 1/17" of fall per linear foot — without stepping or regrading the sub-base. The compact 4" (100 mm) internal clear width, partial-radius trench bottom, and male-to-female interconnecting end profile deliver efficient hydraulics and fast, accurate installation across commercial and industrial drainage projects, from industrial areas and gas stations to zones with light commercial forklift traffic. Pair it with any grate from the shared K100/KS100 range to match the expected traffic load, up to EN 1433 Load Class E.
