General Questions

When do orders ship?

Drainage Connect typically ships orders within 24 hours of the order placement. Orders received before 1:30 PM typically, but not always, ship the same day.

What is the return policy?

At Drainage Connect, we allow returns for up to 30 days after the shipment of the order. Orders made within this time frame are subject to a 15% restocking fee; orders returned outside of the expressed time frame will be denied. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.

Is there a military discount?

Due to the overwhelming number of orders we receive as well as the difficulty of checking credentials Drainage Connect does not offer a military ID at this time.

Drainage Connect is located in Rock Hill, South Carolina.
