End caps finish and configure the ends of an ACO KlassikDrain K100 or KS100 trench drain run. The KlassikDrain K100/KS100 line is a modular polymer concrete trench drain with a 4" (100 mm) internal clear width, manufactured to EN 1433 standards for commercial and industrial stormwater applications. Inlet end caps let a pipe feed water into the head of the trench, outlet end caps discharge the collected flow into Schedule 40 pipework, and the universal cap serves as a closing, inlet, or outlet cap; each cap is matched to the invert depth of the terminal channel section.

Part number 96822 is the universal cap of the range: one lightweight plastic cap that closes the end of a run, admits flow as an inlet, or discharges it as an outlet through a bell end sized for 4" Schedule 40 pipe. Because it carries no edge rail, the same part number serves both the K100 galvanized and KS100 Grade 304 stainless steel systems - ACO publishes no separate stainless universal cap. At just 0.4 lbs it is by far the lightest end-cap option in the range, and it fits channel sections up to 11.81" (300 mm) invert depth, with the option to cut it down on site for shallower channels.
