Grates in the 100 series are shared across both edge-rail materials, so a single part number fits galvanized-rail K100 channels and stainless-rail KS100 channels alike. The galvanized family spans perforated, slotted, longitudinal, and mesh patterns in 1 meter and 0.5 meter lengths, with EN 1433 load ratings that run from Class A pedestrian duty up to Class E heavy industrial duty, and several patterns carry ADA-compliant, heel-resistant ratings.
