The ACO KlassikDrain KS100 neutral channel — ACO also calls it a constant-depth channel — is the zero-slope building block of the KS100 4" (100 mm) trench drain system. Each section is cast from high-strength polyester polymer concrete with a Grade 304 stainless steel edge rail integrally cast in, making the KS100 the KlassikDrain edge-rail choice where increased aesthetics or corrosion resistance is required; in every other respect it matches the galvanized-rail K100 line. Because the female invert equals the male invert, a neutral section adds run length without adding fall: insert one to carry a continuous sloped run beyond the 131'-3" (40 m) the sloped series provides on its own, or use a half-metre unit to fine-tune the length of a run. Five constant invert depths pair the neutral series to every invert band of the sloped channels.

The KS1-020 is a one-meter zero-slope section at a constant 7.87" (200 mm) invert. ACO part 74445 maintains the same female and male invert, has an overall depth of 8.66" (220 mm), and weighs 43.4 lbs; it extends or fine-tunes a run without adding fall.
