Product Details: Josam Pro-Plus 100 Series Trench Drain
The Josam Pro-Plus 100 Series is a commercial and industrial-grade trench drain system built for demanding drainage applications. The channel body is constructed from SMC/GRP (Sheet Molding Compound / Glass Reinforced Plastic) composite material, delivering superior corrosion resistance, exceptional strength, and long-term durability that outperforms traditional polymer concrete and cast-in-place concrete alternatives. Each channel section measures 39-5/16" long with an 8-9/16" overall width and a 4-3/4" grate opening, available in heights from 6" to 12". Both neutral and pre-sloped sections are available, giving engineers the flexibility to design gravity-fed drainage without additional site grading. The system supports load Classes A through F, making it suitable for pedestrian plazas and pool decks at the lighter end, up to airport aprons and heavy industrial vehicle traffic at the heavier end. When paired with an ADA/Heel-Proof rated grate, the system meets ADA accessibility requirements, making it a practical choice for public-facing commercial installations. Grate installation is handled through Josam's PRO-SNAP® securing system, which allows grates to snap into place tool-free for fast installation and quick removal during routine cleaning or inspection. A traditional locking bolt securement option is also available for applications requiring additional security. Compatible grates are available in ductile iron, stainless steel, galvanized steel, GRP composite, and HDPE across load classes A, C, E, and F. This range makes the Pro-Plus 100 Series a practical fit for food processing facilities, loading docks, parking structures, aquatic centers, airports, and municipal projects.
