The Spee-D Basin Double 3" & 4" Locking Outlets is part of the NDS drainage system. Spee-D Basin Double 3" & 4" Locking Outlets are able to fit 3" or 4" sewer and drain pipe and 3" or 4" corrugated pipe. Spee-D Basin Double 3" & 4" Locking Outlets are designed to use waterproof silicon to make water-tight connections. Locks outlets snap on to majority 3" & 4" corrugated pipes. By snapping onto the pipe, the locking outlets eliminate the need for tape.
